What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible and looking toward the camera. Natural daylight is perfect. Avoid heavy filters and blurry shots.
How long does shipping take?
Printing takes 2–4 business days, then delivery takes 3–7 business days. Shipping is always free. Ordering a Christmas gift? Order by December 9 for U.S. delivery before Christmas.
Can I see my portrait before ordering?
Yes! The live preview shows your photo and your pet’s name on your canvas, poster or ornament before you pay.
What can I personalize?
A gallery-wrapped canvas (12 × 16 in, ready to hang), a premium matte poster (12 × 16 in, unframed, fits standard frames) and a 3 in ceramic Christmas ornament with a red ribbon.
What if it arrives damaged?
